Arugna Adhikari
Arugna Adhikari is a street photographer with a documentary approach, driven by a deep fascination for capturing life as it unfolds. Through his lens, he seeks out untold stories, framing fleeting moments into enduring visual narratives. His work is rooted in the belief that photography is a powerful tool for preservation, freezing time to document the raw, the ordinary, and the extraordinary for posterity. With an eye for authenticity, Arugna’s images serve as both a record and a reflection of the world, inviting viewers to see the extraordinary in the ordinary of everyday existence.
Binod Limbu
Binod Limbu is a dedicated artist with an MFA from Tribhuvan University (2022). His artistic journey includes notable achievements such as participating in the Art 25: Live Painting Competition and judging the Province 1 Inter-School Art Competition. He has contributed to workshops like the Morang PABSON Art Competition and the Hanuman Dhoka to Swayambhu Heritage Walk Painting Workshop. His works have been featured in the National Art Exhibition (2022), Lions Club of Kathmandu Fine Art 3rd Annual Art Exhibition, and the Mahila Batawaran ra Sanskriti Exhibition. Binod’s dedication continues to shape Nepal’s contemporary art scene.
Manu Chaudhary
Manu Kumar Chaudhary is a Visual artist and Printmaker from Jagarnathpur, Nepal. Chaudhary has earned his bachelor degree from Kathmandu University School of arts, Department of Art and Design. His works are mostly delved in printmaking medium and etching, aquatint techniques. Chaudhary mostly likes to explore on Tharu culture and daily life activities belongs to it. Chaudhary is known for his powerful visual narratives rotted with Tharu Culture and community life. Through his artworks, Chaudhary documents endangered rituals, agricultural practices and women’s roles in the society.
Chaudhary has exhibited and participated different group shows and art camps across Nepal and Bangladesh. In 2021, he was also awarded with provincial fine art award from Nepal Academy of fine Arts (NAFA).
Nabin Nalbo
Nabin nalbo from Jhapa, Nepal born in 1989. Nabin did his BFA from Kathmandu University Centre for Art and Design. He has participated in several group art exhibitions, such as National art and Craft Exhibition organized by NAFA (2012 to 2814), participated in caricature exhibition organized by Cartoonist’s club of Nepal 2017, Artist Unite-Call for Action at Siddhartha Art Gallery 2014,Kalajatra exhibition at Patan Museum 2013, and he helped American artist Pepon Osorio in his art project resting stops: an alternative pilgrimage which was carried out in Nepal in 2009.Imago Mundi Contemporary Art of Nepal 2016.Taragaon next Artist in Open studio 2018. Om Prakash Shrees
Om Prakash Shrees is a visual artist and a BFA undergraduate from Kathmandu University. Practicing and exploring different art mediums like painting, printmaking, sculpture and site based installation to communicate ideas and emotion for self-expression. His art practice is rooted in deep curiosity about human existence, often exploring themes of philosophy, spirituality and self-discovery. His art practice is a blend of traditional and contemporary influences, aiming to spark introspection and a deeper understanding of existence.
Prashna Budha Magar
Prashna Budha Magar is a visual artist based in Kathmandu, Nepal. Graduated from Maharaja Sayajirao University in India, her artistic practice spans various mediums, including sculpture, photography, painting and mixed mediums allowing her to create works that introspect on the questions and observation evoked by her experiences.
Her compositions delve into themes of identity, memory, longing, and the nuances of indigenous practices, reflecting on both personal transformation and collective heritage. Her work also explores the significance of collecting, examining the history and uncovering the dynamics of relationships and complexities.
She has exhibited her works in group shows in India and Nepal and is actively engaged in community-level art. In 2081, she was awarded with the “Richa Mainali Rijal Memorial” by the Commercial Artists’ Association of Nepal.
Rochak Timilsina
Rochak Timilsina is a multidisciplinary artist with a background in architecture and contemporary arts. His work spans photography, performance, sculpture, and sound, exploring the dynamic relationship between body and space. Through subtle gestures and intuitive processes, he investigates how meaning emerges from traces, rhythms, and absences rather than overt expressions. Central to his practice is the image—not as a representation, but as a residue of encounters between bodies, technologies, and environments. Timilsina’s work engages with what lies beyond the visible, attending to what escapes the frame and resists definition.
Sarana Shrestha
Sarana Shrestha is a 25-year-old visual artist based in Kathmandu, Nepal, with a Bachelor’s degree in Studio Arts from Kathmandu University School of Arts. Shrestha shows undivided in both painting and digital art, her artistic journey is driven by a desire to explore themes of visual narration, memory, human connection, and emotion. She finds everyday moments, fleeting emotions, and personal experiences infusing her creations with a sense of introspection. Her creative journey centers on creating, narrative and illustration-driven visual experiences.
Siddhartha Shakya
Siddhartha Shakya is a multidisciplinary artist whose work blends cultural elements with contemporary forms of expression. Drawing inspiration from the textures, rhythms, and visual language of Nepal, their practice explores the intersection of tradition and technology through mediums like digital art, animation, spatial design, and handcrafted objects.
With a focus on visual storytelling and immersive experiences, Siddhartha often incorporates light, space, movement, and cultural motifs into their work—creating pieces that resonate emotionally while inviting reflection. Their process is rooted in curiosity and experimentation, weaving together analog techniques and digital tools to craft meaningful narratives that sparks questions.
Through a balance of aesthetic precision and conceptual depth, Siddhartha aims to create art that is both grounded and expansive honoring the past while imagining new futures.
